Richard Odling, 49, of Beresford Crescent, Skegness. At Boston, on April 29, committed assault thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. Community Order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 250 hours. £500 compensation to pay. £85 costs. £114 victim surcharge.

Stephen Davis, 37, of Myers Close, Wilsford. At Sleaford, on February 7, committed assault by beating. Community Order made. Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirement – number of days to abstain from alcohol: 120. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. £125 costs. £114 victim surcharge. Also, damaged a glass front door panel belonging to an individual, with intent or through recklessness. Community Order made, as above.

Layla Kavanagh, 33, of Roselands Avenue, Coventry. At Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, on August 21, assaulted an emergency worker, namely a police officer, by beating them. £150 compensation to pay. At Skegness, in Croft Bank, on August 21, were found drunk in a public place while having the charge of a child under the age of seven years. No separate penalty.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE:

Harry Clarke, 22, of Egerton Road, Blackpool. At Louth, on February 17, damaged two TVs to the value of £500 belonging to a business, with intent or through recklessness. £500 compensation to pay. At Louth, in Aswell Street, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. Conditional discharge of 12 months imposed.

DRINK DRIVING:

Neville Lord, 36, of Frithville Road, Sibsey, Boston. At Old Leake, in Main Road, on January 23, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 91 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community Order made. Alcohol Treatment Requirement – period of treatment: six months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Disqualified from driving for 23 months. £85 costs. At Lincolnshire, on the same date, assaulted an emergency worker, namly a police officer, by beating them. Community Order made, as above. £100 compensation to pay.

Gary Chapman, 52, of Kenmore Drive, Woodhall Spa. At Woodhall Spa, in Victoria Avenue, on February 18, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 67 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. £120 fine. £85 costs. £48 victim surcharge.

Marcel Litewiak, 21, of Sir Isaac Newton Drive, Boston. RESTRAINING ORDER BREACH:

Krzysztof Jasicki, 36, of Florin Drive, Boston. In Lincolnshire, between January 1 and March 4, without reasonable excuse, contacted an individual in breach of a restraining order imposed on January 11, 2023. Community Order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 25 days. Restraining Order varied (address changed). £85 costs. In Lincolnshire, between March 3 and March 6, without reasonable excuse, attended an address and made repeated contact by phone calls, Facebook messaging and text messages with an individual in breach of a restraining order imposed on January 11, 2023. Community Order made, as above. In Lincolnshire, between March 3 and 6, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment and which they knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment in that they attended an individual's address and repeatedly contacted them by phone call, Facebook messenger and text message.
