Plans are well in hand for the annual Hainton and District Charity Show and Gymkhana, which will be held on Saturday June 14.
Starting at 9am, it promises to be an action-packed, fun day out for the entire family.
It will be staged at Hainton Park by kind permission of Mrs JN Heneage.
All proceeds will go to local handicapped children and other charities.
The programme includes classes for horses and ponies, along with dogs and terrier racing.
New attractions this year will be Mountain and Moorland and Coloured horse and pony classes.
There will be six rings, giving spectators the best possible chance to watch the action unfold.
A highlight in ring one will be a competition for the overall championship for the Osbourne Cup.
The Preston Cup will be awarded for the best tack sand turn out while there will also be a fancy dress competition.
In ring two, the action will feature gymkhana games and a competition for novice working hunter horses.
Ring three will stage a dog show and the winner will receive the Tetley Whitfield Trophy.
Horses and ponies swill be on the agenda in the other three rings with a variety of prizes and trophies on offer.
All entries should be made on the day.
The minimum admission is £1 - children 50p - although extra charity donations are welcome. Entry to the showground will be signposted.
