Elliott Morris, the Horncastle based singer-songwriter, is preparing for one of the biggest gigs of his life - at the legendary London Palladium.
Morris will support the Paul Carrack Band at the world famous venue on November 2.
Carrack has previously appeared with the likes of Squeeze, Mike and The Mechanics and Eric Clapton.
Morris supported Carrack on half his UK tour from October 2013 to April 2014 and has been invited back for a further 30 shows, starting at the Palladium.
Morris said: “I couldn’t believe it when I was asked. I actually had to look it up - not because I didn’t know it, but to see it was THE actual Palladium. And yeah, it is.”
Morris, who is a completely unsigned, independent artist revealed how a recommendation from the Embassy Theatre in Skegness initially established a link with Carrack.
The Palladium appearance continues a superb year for Morris which has included performances at Glasgow’s Celtic Connections, the Cambridge Folk Festival and the Hop Farm Festival.
