The lady golfers of Louth Golf Club had a successful day welcoming their new Lady Captain on a sunny Autumnal Day before lockdown.

The new Lady Captain is Pammie Hayden and she enjoyed hitting her first tee shot straight up the first fairway.

Playing alongside her was the new Lady President, Steph Teanby.

The Stableford competition was very well supported and Emily Templeton was the winner with 34 points.

In second place was Trish Yeomans with 32 points and Joyce Marshall was in third place.

The previous week the Final Fling competition was held, again, in lovely sunny conditions and was won by Carole Craven with 33 points. In second place was Elaine Blyth, narrowly beating Emily Templeton.
