Some would say that Premiership footballers struggle to stay on their feet...well it’s difficult to do that at the best of times when you’re playing bubble football.
This week one of our area’s Round Table’s tried the ‘sport’ out before they look at rolling it out as a countywide tournament for other Round Tables. And this newspaper’s editor spent an evening practicing his skills too.
The game is basically football, but with one major difference, you are wearing a plastic ball which, on the one hand acts as a cushion, on the other sticks out a foot in front of you and makes the ball very difficult to kick.
Take a look at our video and work it out for yourself.
Round Tables operate in town’s throughout Lincolnshire, including Market Rasen, Horncastle and Woodhall Spa, Louth, Brigg, Skegness, Boston, Sleaford, Bourne and Spalding.
