Wragby FC kept their promotion hopes alive in Division One of the Sills and Betteridge Sunday League with a terrific 3-2 win at fellow hopefuls AFC Rustons.

In what was a must win game for Wragby, they produced one of their best performance in recent weeks to grab all three points.

The result leaves them in fifth place in the table, but if they can win their remaining two games they could still clinch promotion.

In Division Two, Woodhall Spa completed their league programme with a 3-0 win at Green Barrel Athletic.

The result means Woodhall look set to finish third in the table behind leaders Rustons United and second placed Travellers Rest.

Rustons won 3-0 but Travellers crashed to a 5-3 defeat against Saxilby.

In Division Three, Horncastle based AFC Harpars still lead the title race although rivals Trent Valley have closed the gap to four points with two games in hand.

Harpars did not have a game last Sunday and Trent took full advantage, crushing bottom club West End FC 12-0.
