Wragby will have to be wary of Woodhall Spa’s teenage hot-shot Josh Beresford tomorrow (Sunday) when the two sides meet in a Division One clash in the Lincoln League.

Sixteen-year-old Beresford made an impressive debut for Woodhall last Sunday, scoring a hat trick in a 10-0 victory against bottom club St Helens FC.

Teammate Jac Wright went one better while Chris Barnes (2) and Liam Green were also on target in what was Woodhall’s first league win of the season.

Wragby will be licking their wounds after a surprise 10-1 thrashing at leaders Travellers Rest last Sunday.

Despite that setback, Wragby are still in second place in the table and will be aiming to return to winning ways.

Horncastle based AFC Harpers don’t have a game tomorrow but have been knocked off the top of the Division Two table by Burton Amateurs.

Bardney will be hoping to make the most of home advantage against Nettleham and haul themselves off the bottom of Division Four while Horncastle Town’s Development squad entertain Engine Shed in a Division Five fixture at The Wong.
