Revesby and Woodhall Spa will be looking to turn up the heat on Division One leaders Morton in the latest round of fixtures in the Chattertons McKinnells League on Sunday.

Revesby actually entertain Morton in a game which will have a major bearing on the battle at the top of the table.

Newly promoted Revesby have been one of the surprise packages so far this season and destroyed rivals Boston last weekend by nine wickets.

Revesby hustled out their opponents for 34 - the lowest total of the season - with Mike Ridding (two), James Ingamells (three) and Jamie Lewis (three) among the wickets.

That moved them into third place in the table, just behind Woodhall Spa who trail Morton by just three points.

Having led the competition for most of the season, Woodhall Spa didn’t have a fixture last Sunday and that allowed Morton to take over top spot. They hammered Cherry Willingham by ten wickets.

Woodhall are in action this Sunday and visit Heighington.

*Horncastle Cricket Club are also in action on Sunday when they travel to Bassingham for a Division Three fixture.
