Will a Horncastle by-pass ever be built?
Like many other Horncastle residents, I have suffered the notorious jams in Boston Road for years.
I appreciate how busy the junction with the main coast road is, especially during the summer months.
There is the added problem that people need to cross that junction, adding to the delays.
But, surely something could be done to end the jams on Boston Road as waiting for a by-pass could take years - if ever.
