Costa proposal - New businesses needed in town
While I'm sure everyone understands the concerns of the town's independent coffee shop owners, there is a need for new businesses.
You only have to walk along the High Street and Bridge Street to see the number of premises that have closed in recent months. The two banks are just one example.
Would people prefer to see those fine buildings boarded up - or a new venture launched?
