Bypass - Delays will just be moved along
Your regular articles on the bypass issue make interesting reading.
Yes, a bypass would ease the problems in Horncastle but what about the rest of the highway to the coast - or whatever they call it.
Ending delays in one section and moving down the round a few miles is not going to help anyone - and is not going to attracting new investment either.
What’s needed is a complete new road.
