At the recent annual meeting of the Friends of the Woodhall Spa Cottage Museum, Pam Cowlishaw was presented with a number of gifts to mark her retirement from the post of chairman.

Pam has been chairman since the formation of the Friends in August 2006 and has worked tirelessly to help raise thousands of pounds for the Cottage Museum.

She said: “It is time for someone else to take on the mantle.”

Pam will be succeeded by Roger Webb and she wished the new chairman all the best.

Paddy O’Neil, who has also been on the committee since 2006, stood down and was presented with a thank you gift.
