Dog mess spotted on the streets of Horncastle will be sprayed bright pink in a new East Lindsey District Council campaign to eradicate the problem.
Irresponsbile dog owners who fail to clean up after their pets are being warned: “Bag it, bin it or risk a £75 fine.”
The campaign which launched on Monday (November 2) is supported by Horncastle Town Council and Lincolnshire Police.
Watch PCSO Nigel Wass and dog warden Sue Farenden test out the new pink spray.
