Drivers involved in Woodhall Spa collision in which teenage girl is injured sought by police

Police are looking for witnesses to a collision in Woodhall Spa in which a teenage girl was injured.

The incident took place at around 5.45pm on Friday, July 24 in Green Lane. Two small cars - one black and one red - drove past two teenage girls on bicycles. The black car caused one of the girls to fall off her bike, resulting in graze injuries.

The driver of the car did stop briefly but did not leave details.

PC Jon Barnsley said: “I am especially keen for either of the two drivers or any witnesses to contact me at Horncastle Police Station.

“I would also like to remind drivers that if they are involved in any collision which results in an injury to any party, they should stop and exchange details then report it to the police as quickly as possible within the following 24 hours.”
