Scamblesby Primary School took part in their own in-house elections with the whole school gathering together to hear the four school parties present their manifestos.
They did this eloquently, presenting topical issues such as looking after the elderly, education, the environment, defence and the national health service.
After, strongly putting forward their arguments, pupils voted with the traditional cross on their ballot papers.
The school’s administrator, Mrs Green counted the votes and the results declared.
‘Party of the Future’ won and are elected to the ‘School Parliament’.
