Five employees of Lincolnshire County Council appear on a new Town Hall Rich List.
The five earn more than £150,000 according to the Taxpayers’ Alliance.
The five are headed by the County Council’s Chief Executive Tony McArdle who is paid £206,383 every year. That means Mr MacArdle earns £64,000 more than PM David Cameron who receives £142,000.
Other County Council employees on the list are Director of Public Health Tony Hill (£181,857), Executive Director of Resources and Community Safety Peter Moore (£151,348), Executive Director of Communities Richard Wills (£150,211) and Executive Director of Children’s Services Debbie Barnes (£150,211).
The Alliance also claims David O’Connor, who has now retired from the post of Executive Director of Performance and Government, earned £150,285.
The council denies the figures are salaries and includes what it termed ‘extra payments’ - including pension contributions.
