Theatre cast members at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Horncastle were gearing up to show their production of Ruddigone (also known at The Witch’s Curse) in 1997.
Their latest theatrical offering was set in Cornwall in the 19th century.
It was a typical example of the style of Gilbert and Sullivan. No-one is quite who they seem.
The show was described as having a “complex, witty and romantic plot”.
