Two showhomes are wowing visitors to Chestnut Homes’ Kings Manor development in Coningsby.

The two showhomes – the three-bedroom Juniper and Avon designs – showcase the modern and luxurious homes on offer within the new phase at the development, which is located on the outskirts of the popular village.

The showhomes were unveiled earlier this year when the new phase of homes at Kings Manor was launched, and have been impressing visitors ever since.

David Newton, managing director of Chestnut Homes, said: “Our homes look great from the outside, and these two showhomes help to show buyers how well designed they are inside, as well as the stunning interior looks which can be achieved.

“I’d urge home-seekers to come and have a look around our showhomes to see for themselves what the second phase of the Kings Manor development has to offer.

“The first phase of homes was very successful and Kings Manor is now a thriving and growing local community.

“If you’re a first-time buyer or are looking for a family home, you’re sure to be impressed by what we have to offer.”

The three-bedroom detached Avon showhome includes a stylishly decorated lounge and an elegant kitchen/dining room, both of which open through French doors to the back garden. There’s also a study and a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

The first floor landing leads to the en-suite master bedroom, two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

On the ground floor of the three-bedroom Juniper showhome, there’s a contemporary kitchen, a guest cloakroom and an open-plan living/dining room, which opens through French doors to the beautifully landscaped rear garden. Upstairs, there’s three bedrooms – two of which are doubles – and a family bathroom.

There’s a selection of two-bedroom homes starting from just £124,995, three-bedroom homes priced from £127,500, and four-bedroom homes available from £212,500 at Kings Manor.

Buyers who take advantage of Help to Buy could secure a two-bedroom property with a deposit as low as £6,249 and a 75 per cent mortgage of £93,746.

Help to Buy enables purchasers to secure their new home with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided by the Government as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years.

The showhomes at Kings Manor are open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pm. The development is located just off Old Boston Road, Coningsby, LN4 4TJ.
