LIVES has said a big thank-you to Barclays Bank for a fundraising effort that has generated £1,900.
Members of staff from Barcalys were among the fundraisers at the recent Horncastle Farmers Charity Ball.
They raised £950 for Lives, the Horncastle based responders charity.
As part of a company scheme, Barclays ‘matched’ the staff’s fundrasing effort and added another £950 to the fund.
As a result, Barclays’ representative Do Jones visited the LIVES headquarters on the Boston Road Industrial Estate last Friday.

Ms Jones said: “LIVES do an absolutely brilliant job across the county and Barclays are delighted to be able to help them.”
Mr Hyde added: “We rely heavily on donations and this money from Barclays will be put to very good use.”
LIVES need £1.1m this year to cover costs.
