The annual Hemingby Flower and Vegetable Show with the Onion Competition was very successful with many excellent exhibits.
It was followed by the popular auction sale for the donated entries of produce, fruit, flowers and vegetables which were much in demand.
This led to some spirited bidding, in particular for the prize winning chocolate cake which raised an amazing £21.
Total proceeds amounted to £295 for village hall funds and thanks are extended to everyone who exhibited and generously donated contributions for the auction sale and to all who helped and gave their support on the day.
