People across Lincolnshire are being invited to attend the latest in a series of NHS ‘Listening Events’ which will be held on Thursday 6 November at East Lindsey District Council’s Tedder Hall offices.

The Listening Event is designed to bring together all sectors of the health and care community to listen to the experiences of patients first hand, as Tracy Pilcher, Chief Nurse, Lincolnshire East CCG explains.

She says: “This is the fourth Listening Event held in Lincolnshire and we would really appreciate it if people felt able to give up a couple of hours of their time to come and tell us about their experiences of local health and care services.

“Listening to what people tell us about their experiences helps us to ensure that the care provided to patients, carers and their families across Lincolnshire is safe and of the highest quality.”

Patients, carers and family members are asked to come along to Tedder Hall, Manby between 1 – 4pm and share their personal experiences of healthcare services in an environment that will encourage open and honest feedback.

The Lincolnshire CCGs will be represented, as will United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Lincolnshire Community Health Services and Lincolnshire County Council.
