Gainsborough: Man is fined for driving without insurance

Joseph Smith, 54, of Summergangs Lane, Gainsborough, appeared at Lincolnshire Magistrates Court on Wednesday 16th July and was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

And his driving licence was endorsed with six points.
