Hemingby Village Hall has been given a funding boost after a £591.23 donation from Lincolnshire Co-operative in Horncastle.
The village hall is the store’s ‘community champion’, which means it receives a share of the organisation’s profits.
And hall secretary Marie Newmarch is thrilled. She said: “It’s absolutely fantastic. The money will really help us.”
