Police have been called in to investigate after vandals kicked a headstone to pieces in Coningsby cemetery.
According to police, at some point between February 25 and March 10, a head stone in the Dogdyke Road cemetery in Coningsby has been damaged.
PCSO Nicola Stuchfield of Woodhall, Coningsby and Tattershall Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “The heart shaped stone has been kicked repeatedly until the plinth has smashed.
“If you have any information please call 101 quoting incident number 161 of 19/03/16. Alternatively call Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
