A pioneering policing scheme in Horncastle is continuing to go from strength to strength.
Town PCSO Nigel Wass held the latest in his ‘Come and Spill The Beans’ sessions at Jof’s, a coffee house.
The sessions enable members of the public to visit officers and raise any concerns in a much less formal atmosphere than a police station.
This time, PCSO Wass was joined by Aby Webb from the Horncastle LIVES group.
PSCO Wass described the session as “very good” for both organisations.
He added: “We had quite a few people call in and raise a few things that we will be following up.
“I think LIVES found it a very positive session as well. There was a lot of interest in what they do.”
PCSO Wass has high hopes other local organisations will take part in future sessions at Jof’s.
He also believes the coffee shop concept could be rolled out in other towns.
