Lincolnshire Police think it is possible there may be a Halloween themed rave or gathering planned for this Saturday night, somewhere in the county.
Police and other emergency services want to be prepared and ready to deal with any incidents or illegal gatherings.
The rural nature of our County means we can be an attractive venue for these types of event.
Assistant Chief Constable Peter Davies has asked the public for help in preventing such events, which can result in a small minority of people having a detrimental effect on the quality of life of communities in Lincolnshire
He said: “We want to know if there is a rave or large gathering planned, where and when it is.
“If you have information about any large public gatherings, raves or similar events, or if you have suspicions about where or when an event could be taking place, please contact us.”
People with land and remote outbuildings are encouraged to check for any activity there during the afternoon and evening of October 31.
“I am really keen that everyone is able to enjoy their weekend, we have plans in place and can react to information we receive.
“I hope everyone enjoys and has a safe Halloween.”
