Michael Broughton

Michael Broughton, of Hainton Avenue, Grimsby, has been fined £120 after pleading guilty to two charges of speeding in Tattershall.

The 55-year-old, admitted to speeding on the A153 on two occasions on October 18 and October 24 last year.

He was fined £60 for each offence and ordered to pay a total of £170 in costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Broughton pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

Fiona Fielding

Fiona Fielding, of Main Street, Horsington, has been fined £165 after being found guilty of speeding in Spalding.

The 48-year-old was found guilty of speeding on West Marsh Road on November 1, 2013.

She has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

David Hodgson

David Hodgson, of Dams Lane, Belchford, has been fined £80 after pleading guilty to speeding.

Hodgson, 56, admitted speeding on the A153 in Tattershall on October 19, 2013.

He has been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and his licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

Peter Watling

Peter Watling, of Donington on Bain, has been remanded on bail until June 12 whre he will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to, on two occasions, communicating with a person despite having a restraining order.

The offences took place on February 11 and February 21.
