Neil Johnson

Neil Johnson, of Mitchell Road, Coningsby, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on June 6 facing one charge of assault by beating.

It is alleged that on January 30 he assaulted Lee Johnson at his address in Mitchell Road.

Johnson, 41, has pleaded not guilty to the offence.

Faye Bellamy

Faye Bellamy will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on June 26 facing one charge of breaking a restraining order.

It is alleged that Bellamy, 47, swore at Anthony Park on January 7 - which she was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed in December 2013.

Bellamy has pleaded not guilty.

Jonathan Doyle

Jonathan Doyle, 25, of Maltby Way, Horncastle, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on April 8 facing charges of trespassing and stealing.

Doyle has indicated guilty pleas to attempting to steal a quantity of alcohol from Tesco in Horncastle, trespassing Boston Road Service Station, Horncastle, stealing a quantity of copper wiring from Banovallum School, Horncastle and trespassing with intent to steal in Tesco.

Joshua Mulrooney

The warrant for the arrest of Joshua Mulrooney, registered at HM Young Offenders Institute, has been issued after he failed to appear in answer to bail.

The 18-year-old faces one charge of jointly taking a vehicle from Twin Lakes, West Ashby on July 9, 2013.

It is alleged that five individuals were involved in taking the vehicle.

Alexander Stewart

Alexander Stewart, of Alexandra Road, Woodhall Spa, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on March 13 after pleading not guilty to a driving offence.

It is alleged that Stewart, 33, drove a caravan in Woodhall Spa with incorrect lights.

The alleged offence occurred on May 31, 2013.

Timothy Sawyer

Timothy Sawyer, of Martin Dales, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on March 31 facing one charge of speeding.

It is alleged that the 65-year-old sped on the B1188 at Potterhanworth on August 23 last year.

Susan Haynes-Wass

Susan Haynes-Wass, of Clinton Park, Tattershall, has been fined £35 after being found guilty of speeding.

The 52-year-old has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge for speeding on the B1188 at Potterhanworth on August 23, 2013.

Her licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.
