Police in Horncastle have appealed for information after cars were vandalised while parked in Jubilee Way at the weekend.
Officers say wing mirrors appeared to have been kicked and damaged, either on Saturday night or in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Residents in rural areas have been warned to make sure items are stored in secure outdoor premises after a recent theft of a quad bike.
Police have urged people to check locks are working correctly and consider installing alarms on buildings.
PCSO Nigel Wass revealed there had been no other incidents reported of graffiti in the Horncastle area.
It follows graffiti appearing on a wall off Jubilee Way. Police are still trying to identify the culprit.
Joint patrols between police and East Lindsey District Council’s dog warden are continuing.
The patrols follow complaints from residents and councillors about dog fouling - particularly close to the town’s Primary School.
