Horncastle man arrested after indecent incident in town park


A man has been arrested after an incident of indecency in Horncastle.

Police were called to the park area, between Prospect Street and the Tesco store car park, shortly before 6pm yesterday, Wednesday April 23, after receiving reports that a man had pulled down his trousers and was behaving in an indecent manner.

A 47 year-old man from East Street was arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in custody at Skegness being interviewed.

PC Dave Mills would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has witnessed any similar suspicious activity in the Horncastle area over recent months but who has not reported it.
