Police hunt woman, 28, in connection with fraud
Police are hunting a 28-year-old woman who they believe could be in Lincolnshire.
Kim Collins, also known as Kim Brown, is wanted for failing to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court in connection with an offence of fraud.
Collins has links to Lincolnshire, Northants and Essex too. She may be in the Spalding area but could be anywhere in the county.
