Lincolnshire building company Beal Homes has made two key appointments at its new Wragby development as construction work moves forward.

John Sharpe has been appointed as site manager and Michael Smith as sales advisor at Holmes Court where the company is building 22 homes in a courtyard style development.

As a qualified and experienced site manager, John Sharpe has international construction experience.

For 15 years he worked on restoration projects in Holland for the Dutch equivalent of English Heritage, until returning to build homes in the UK.

“I’m really enjoying the work at Wragby,” John said. “With only 22 properties and a skilled team, I’m determined that each of these homes will be built and finished to the highest quality in line with Beal Homes’ exacting standards.”

Michael, of Lincoln, has years of experience in the property industry most recently as a sales advisor for a national housebuilder.

With good knowledge of the housing market, Michael is on hand to guide purchasers at Holmes Court through the buying process.

There are currently around nine people working on the 1.36 acre site and a marketing office will open in March.
