If you enjoy walking around gardens and perhaps getting ideas for your own, then go along to Harmston this weekend where there will be nine gardens open.
See fish and wildlife ponds, exotic plants and gardens with beautiful views; then enjoy afternoon tea, in the newly refurbished Hall, and perhaps buy some plants for your own garden from the plant stall.
Admission is by programme, priced £2.50 for adults (accompanied children free) from Harmston Memorial Hall, in each open garden or at the Thorold Arms.
Parking is available around the village and the gardens are open from 1pm to 5pm this Saturday and Sunday, June 13 and 14.
Proceeds from the event will go to Harmston Parish Church and Harmston Memorial Hall.
