Oh yes they are! Horncastle Theatre Company has begun rehearsals for their 2014 pantomime Aladdin.
Taking place at the usual venue of the Lion Theatre, written by David Ireland and directed by Wendy Ireland, the story sticks very much to the original story and delivers all that you would want from a traditional panto.
Darren Yates is returning as the Dame Widow Twankey with Lorna Law making her panto debut as Aladdin and Rachel Yates playing the part of Princess Luli.
The action takes place in and around the old Chinese town of Hong-Kastle, a couple of palaces, caves and even the Moon.
Bright lights, fun, singing together with dancing choreographed by Nancy Bryne makes it a panto not to be missed.
It will be performed at the theatre from January 29 to February 8 - tickets will be available from December 2.
