The Assembly Rooms will play host to Dave on August 27 and there is already excitement brewing for his DJ set.

Venue manager Gemma Bowers said: “I am excited to welcome the BBC Radio 1 DJ to the Assembly Rooms, and know that our dance happy crowd will enjoy his set, as well as the opportunity to meet with the music icon when chilling out in our VIP area before and after his set. Get ready Boston.”

Dave Pearce has had a long career on the music and dance scene, working for top radio stations including BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music to name a few.

Along with radio shows, Dave has played at iconic venues and festivals including Ministry of Sound, Creamfields and Global Gathering.

Dave teased fans last month by posting pictures on Facebook of him in the studio working on his new album.

Assembly Rooms director Matt Clark said: “Dave has played our Spalding venue on several sell-out occasions, so I am glad that Boston now are getting the chance to enjoy his enigmatic DJing style, with a mixture of mainstream clubland and trance anthems, and what is already one of the busiest nights of the year.”

His performance at Assembly Rooms is hotly anticipated and tickets for the night are available now with a variety of purchase options. Buy a super-saver ticket before midnight on August 5 and save 50% off ticket prices. To buy visit: http://www.assembly-rooms.co.uk/event/davepearce/
