Grimsby's Merlin's Keep in South Yorkshire Festival Line-up

A rich mix of artists is lining up for the South Yorkshire Folk, Roots & World Music Festival, which takes place at The Leopard in Doncaster on Sunday September 18.

Grimsby-based Merlin’s Keep are among the bands playing at the event, which is showcasing the quality of live music in the UK through their line-up of established and emerging artists.

Seven acts will be playing on the Indoor Acoustic Stage and six acts on the Outdoor Marquee Stage.

Edwina Hayes is first on the Indoor Acoustic Stage running order, followed by Lucy Marshall, Chris Cleverley, Merlin’s Keep, Strummin’ Steve Jackson, Roger Davies and, finally, Itchy Fingers.

The acts line-up for the Outdoor Marquee Stage is Madison Violet, Band From County Hell, Said The Maiden, Ric Sanders Trio, Gilmore & Roberts, Polly And The Billets Doux.

A range of foods, plus a selection of real ale/ciders and other beverages, will be available throughout.

Doors open at 1.30pm, with music from 2pm to 10pm.
