WI - Brian Holman was the guest speaker at the WI's August meeting at Wragby Town Hall with a presentation about herbs.
A report on the WI produce show at Waddington was given by Audrey Saul who said the show was well supported.

In the competitions, the herb remedy was won by Pam Chapman, second was Dorothy Warr and Vera Smart was third.

n by Audrey Saul with Angela Tubb in second and Linda King in third.

Members recently enjoyed a Magical Mystery Tour - which turned out to be in the Boston area -planned by president Margaret Kane with friends and members of neighbouring WI branches.
The annual summer outing this year found them travelling further than usual to Stratford upon Avon.
Raffles were run on the coach on both outings to raise funds for charity and a cheque for £40 each has been presented to St Barnabas Hospice and the Royal British Legion.

RUMBLE - A special 'rumble in the jumble' sale will be held at Wragby Town Hall on Saturday September 13, doors open at 2pm.
For only £1 customers will be able to fill a black bag with clothes and there will be lots of other stalls and attractions. All proceeds go to support the work of the Wragby branch of Disability Lincs.

UPHOLSTERY - Lesley Leonard's upholstery classes in Wragby Town Hall on Tuesdays are due to start again on September 23.
Beginners are very welcome together with those with some experience. Lesley is on hand to give expert advice and individual tuition.
The morning session is from 9.30am to 12pm and the afternoon from 12.30pm to 3pm or students can attend both if there is space.
Evening classes are held on Tuesdays at Caistor Town Hall and on Mondays in Tealby.

DISABILITY LINCS - The Dukeries was the chosen destination for the members of the Wragby branch of Disability Lincs Tuesday morning craft group for last month's outing.

BINGO - Family bingo was on the cards at Wragby Town Hall when £151.26 was raised for the refurbishing fund.
