Horncastle Town have announced work on their new clubhouse will start later this month.
Contractors will move in at The Wong on January 27 to prepare the site.
The project should take 24 weeks to complete, meaning the new £400,000 facility should be up and running in time for the start of the new season in August.
Town have awarded the contract for the work to Trent Build Limited.
The company is involved in a number of projects across the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, ranging in cost from £100,000 to £5m.
Town have also confirmed their existing clubhouse will be demolished on February 3.
