Trio in cup triumph

A HORNCASTLE trio of Colin Elliott, Tom Scholey and George Lancaster won the annual Millhouse Cup competition at the Castle Bowls Club, Tattershall.

Twenty teams took part with Helpringham’s Ray Lockey, Trevor Bannister and Terry Hudson in second place and Woodhall Spa’s Paul Fox, Brian Trinda and David Walsh third.

Prizes were presented by Alma Kenny from event sponsors Pioneer Trading.
