Her sister, Holly, was an England international and is now a winner on the Ladies European Tour.
England have left three places in their side open and will finalise selection on the final day of the national Girls Championship on July 31.
India will be playing in the U18s event which is being staged at The Warwickshire Golf and Country Club.
She will be hoping to stage of a strong challenge for the title.
India will be a key figure in the Home Internationals, a tournament England have won for the past six years.
Two of the selected players – Alison Hewson and Sophie Lamb - were in last year’s winning team.
The other two selected alongside India are Inci Mehmet and Hollie Muse.
All five girls represented England in the recent European girls’ team championship.
