Cadwell Park race circuit is this year celebrating its
80th anniversary and has a special event this Sunday, August 3.

The race circuit will be honouring its 80th anniversary with a number of displays, which includes a number of old racing cars from a number of different eras and celebrates its legendary status within the motorcycle community.

Plus there will be a Classic Racer Champions of Cadwell Parade, which will feature a selection of famous bikes ridden by the big names in the sport.

Also there will be a range of off circuit attractions which range from bike and car displays, a bike trial display and live music.

There will also be some specialist races, which include The Classic King of Cadwell, a 10-lap race for pre-1972 machinery and The Charlie Wilkinson Trophy in honour of Cadwell Park’s former custodian.

Tickets are only £18 on the gate for adults and children under 13 are free.

So why not go along to your local race circuit and re-live some of their history?

The gates will be open
from 8am, with all the
race action taking place from 9am.
