Banovallum Motorcycle Club star Broderick Whitmore-Wilson powered his way to three podium finishes in this weekend’s Shepshed AMCA meeting.
Taking place at Wymeswold, Leicestershire the 20-year-old from Gipsey Bridge took two third place finishes on his Honda CRF450R before taking a convincing first place in the last race of the day.
“I’m so happy with how today has gone,” Broderick said. “I wanted to get some practice in ahead of my next enduro round and today’s Motocross meeting proved a great choice.
“The pace was really strong and the track was awesome.”
His result gave him a second place finish overall in the well-attended meeting, giving him a confidence boost ahead of his next outing with the Banovallum club.
“I learnt a lot today and I’m hoping to use that experience in my next Championship race at Claxby.”
The youngster is currently second in the Expert Enduro class championship, trailing the leader by just a single point.
