New to kit kick starts stars

England’s football stars of the future now look the part thanks to the sponsorship of  a new kit from a local business.

The squad from Mareham Le Fen CE Primary School can be seen showing off their new kit thanks to a donation by Ian Wright from Harbour Light Fish and Chip shop in Main Street Mareham le Fen.

The kit is already proving to be a good omen as the team were recently runners up in the Friskney School Tournament.

Mareham then came first in a local small schools tournament where they played against Gipsey Bridge, Kirby on Bain, New York and Frithville Primary Schools.

In both competitions the players won trophies for ‘best sportsmanlike behaviour’
