Woodhall Spa United and Mareham United were out of luck in their Premier Division of the Boston and District League on Saturday.
Woodhall went down 3-0 at home to Skegness Town Reserves while Mareham United slumped to a 5-0 loss at home to Benington.
The results mean the two local clubs still occupy the bottom two places in the top flight table with Mareham propping up the rest, still looking for their first point of the campaign.
In Division Two, Coningsby Reserves battled to a 3-3 draw at bottom club Holbeach Bank while Tetford Reserves were beaten 6-2 at Division Three rivals FC Hammers.
It was a disappointing result for Tetford who went into the game four points head of their rivals in a mid-table position.
At least Tetford’s first team had something to celebrate as they overcame Division Two rivals Swineshead Institute A in the second round of the Challenge Cup.
Tetford threw the league formbook out of the window to secure an impressive 4-2 victory and go through to the next stage of the competition.
