Horncastle Town U18s kick off new season
THE new season of under 18 boys football kicked off at the weekend with new vigour and several new clubs.
After 17 years of success developing youth footballers and providing keen competition, the Lincolnshire Intermediate Football League this year sponsored by local Lincoln firm STARGLAZE Windows and Home Improvements, got underway on Sunday, September 9.
In the Central League Horncastle Town U18’s are looking for another good season with fresh players and good organisation.
But they faced a tricky away game at HBW United, going down 3–1, Chettham the scorer for Town.
This Sunday Town travel are at home to Navenby, 2.15pm kick–off, while Woodhall Spa U18s play their first game away to Metheringham, kick off 10.45am.
