FOOTBALL: Woodhall Spa United target cup success

Woodhall Spa United will be aiming for back-to-back cup wins tomorrow (Saturday).

United will entertain Wyberton Reserves in the second round of the Sharman Burgess Sports Cup at Abbey Lane (ko: 1.45).

The clash comes seven days after United were involved in a thrilling Village Trophy quarter final tie at Cherry Willingham.

The scores were locked together at 2-2 after extra time but United went through 7-6 on penalties.

Mareham United are also in Sharman Burgess Cup action tomorrow and will be looking for a morale boosting performance at home to Fishtoft.

Coningsby will entertain Kirton Town in another second round tie while AFC Tetford will be hoping to surprise Spilsby Town.

In the league, Coningsby Reserves visit Billinghay Reserves in a Division Two clash while Tetford Reserves travel to Eastern Europeans FC in Division Three.
