Work on Horncastle Town’s new £400,000 clubhouse will start on January 27.
The club has awarded the contract for the ambitious project to Trent Build Limited.
They will start to prepare the site on January 27 and the ‘old’ clubhouse will be demolished on February 3.
In a statement,. the club says contractors expect the work to take 24 weeks to complete.
That means the new facility should be finished on July 18 - depending on weather conditions.
As a result, the building should be up and running in time for the start of Town’s 2014-15 campaign in August.
Club officials have already indicated they are hoping to celebrate the opening by staging a pre-season friendly against invited opponents.
The new clubhouse will feature a wide range of facilities including state of the art changing rooms.
Town have also confirmed they will be holding a ‘farewell party’ at the current clubhouse.
When it is demolished, facilities at the club will be limited, but hot drinks and refreshments will be on sale at a temporary structure on match days.
