Horncastle Town’s clubhouse was packed to the rafters last Friday evening for the club’s senior presentation night.

The first team’s top scorer Michael Harness deservedly collected both the Player’s Player and Supporter’s Player of the season in what has been his most successful season at the club.

Centre back, Steve Brown was awarded Paul Johnson’s Manager’s Player of the season and 17-year-old, Ben Fidling received Most Improved Player.

As for the Reserves, their top scorer Luke Blondel was awarded Player’s Player of the season by his teammates.

‘Keeper Jason Stamford, in his first season at the club, picked up Andrew Fenn’s Manager’s Player of the season trophy. Callum Hotchin collected Most Improved Player.

A Special Merit Award went to Chris Johnson whose tenure in charge of his junior team has come to an end after seven years. Liam Smith was awarded Clubman of the year, for his commitment to helping with all aspects of the club.
