Horncastle Town’s Development XI will be aiming to maintain their impressive run of form tomorrow (Sunday) when they visit Imps in the last 16 of the Jock Mitchell Memorial Trophy.

Town crushed William Foster 6-3 in another competition last Sunday - the Fred Quibell Cup - with Luke Blondel and Ben Fidling among the scorers.

Now, they will be looking to build on that display against Imp who play in Division Four of the Lincoln Sunday League, one division above Town.

Two other local sides are also in action tomorrow in the league.

Both games take place in Division One. Third placed Wragby FC visit leaders Travellers Saints while Woodhall Spa United entertain St Helens.

Horncastle-based AFC Harpers don’t have a game but saw their 100 per cent record in Division Two ended by a 1-1 draw against University of Lincoln thirds.

Despite that result, Harpars still top the table on ten points, ahead of Trent Valley on goal difference. Both sides have played four games.
