Beercelona beat Tekkerslovakia 2-0 in this week’s Horncastle Six-A-Side League.

Two well-taken first-half goals settled the contest, with Beercelona hinting they may be finally prepared to challenge the top two.

AC A Little Silhouetto of Milan edged Bantalona 1-0 with a goal deep into the second half.

A couple of players were sin-binned as the game was a fiery and competitive affair throughout.

OGFC beat Ginger Gaffer 4-1 with two goals in each half, but was marred by injuries for both teams to key players Nathan Wright and Paul Danut.

With Jack Harwood out for Ginger Gaffer, it seems the Gaffers will be running with a skeletal squad until players return from injury.

Top faced bottom with RAFCATS prevailing with a hard-fought 3-1 win over Ivory Toast who are still pointless after three matches.

RAFCATS were awarded an early penalty and had their keeper Matt Collins to thank again for some excellent saves throughout.
